Steve Cox, Scott Dean Management,  has been Bill's personal manager since 2002. 

With over 3 decades in the entertainment industry, Steve managed country singer, Collin Raye during Collin's rise to the top of the country charts in 1990s which included several platinum records.  He and his business partner, Ted Files formed the Scott Dean Agency.

Founded in 1977, Scott Dean’s reach in the entertainment industry is unlimited.  Scott Dean has worked with some of the biggest names in the business.  In addition, Scott Dean has obtained the exclusive rights in many areas to represent several of the finest Producers and Production Shows in the market today.
 
"When I started managing Bill, I knew we had something special with this act.  I take a personal role in making sure that when it comes to his professional life, the decisions we make together, make sense for him," Steve said.  "And in the same token, I want to make sure that what ever booking we take is a right fit for not only Bill, but for the property as well.  After all, we are all in this together.
